Anderson looking like a more than capable replacement the Rams might want to hold Gurley out even longer. While it looked like Gurley would play against the Cardinals, he was suddenly ruled out. It looks like C. Anderson could see the bulk of the touches at running back for the Rams this week, possibly ceding touches to John Kelly. Schefter is reporting that barring a setback, Gurley will be a go in Sunday's tilt against the Cardinals. The team believes Gurley had felt better as the week progressed and is healthy enough to give it a go.

If Gurley is active and there are no reports of any limitations, he should expect his normal workload. Though keep in mind that if the Rams can put the game out of reach, Gurley's workload is reduced in the second half.
